I need people with knowledge in animal care and experience in animal shelter work to assist in the creation of an application and inspection process for animal shelters and animal foster networks. This includes creating application and inspection forms, organizing inspectors and reviewing inspection results. This process would be similar to that of the American Sanctuary Association for the accreditation of sanctuaries.

I also need people to advise me on future revisions of the "Test of Animal Friendliness" and to help me investigate organizations applying for inclusion in the Animal-Friendly Giving Guide. Depending on the time commitment that advisors are willing to make, they may also decide by vote what grade certain organizations applying for the guide should be given. People with extensive, expert knowledge of animal protection issues are encouraged to apply as advisors. At a minimum, applicants should be vegan or vegetarian and making an earnest effort to transition to veganism.
